The Data Department sheds light on LOVOO’s black box. The team juggles KPIs such as ROI and ARPU on a daily basis to gather valuable information from data for our company’s strategy development.

This is the mouthpiece to the outside world. A team of creative minds deals with communication at a wide variety of levels, ensuring that LOVOO is perceived as a strong brand and a company with a heart.

Our CRM team focuses on engagement, monetization and user retention within the app. Using a variety of communication channels, the team keeps our users informed via push notifications, in-app dialogs, and emails, provides them with customized deals and information, and drives experimentation and testing of new ideas for continued growth.

The Customer Care Team is committed to user satisfaction. Every request is responded to in a conscientious and friendly way and any improvement suggestions are evaluated in close cooperation with the Product and Data Teams. Complaints and error messages are reported and forwarded to the Quality Assurance Department. Our Support Team is constantly improving in-app processes and identifying areas where we can improve our communication.

Our Design Unit in the Brand & Corporate Communications team is largely responsible for developing the corporate design of the LOVOO brand. It ensures that graphic products of campaigns, for example for social media, print and new media, follow a common thread that generates recognition value and thus positively influences brand awareness.

The Finance Unit is responsible for LOVOO’s financial infrastructure. It keeps management up to date with regular reports and provides input for strategic and operational decisions.

Our Legal Department is the silent facilitator of the company. The team advises colleagues, management and directors in all legal things – regardless if topics concern contract law, copyright, trademark law or IT and data privacy as well as public law. This variety of tasks in different fields means that the work is varied, exciting, and motivating on a daily basis.

Streams come true! The Live Video Team is a recently founded department at LOVOO and is growing rapidly. An international team of Talent Managers takes care of streamers 24/7 in more than 8 markets. They ensure continues growth of Gifting Revenue through activations and contests.
