We are looking for a Head of CRM (m/f/d) to lead LOVOO’s Product Marketing team initiatives and bring them to the next level. Our CRM team focuses on engagement, monetization and user loyalty within the app. Using various communication channels, the team keeps our users up to date via push notifications, in-app dialogues and emails, provides them with personalized offers and information, drives experiments and tests new ideas for engaging and re-engaging our users to the LOVOO app.

What you can expect

  • Leading the CRM team technically as well as with personnel responsibility, including building a high-performance team through recruiting as well as through personal and professional development of the team members
  • Full ownership of product/app usage & engagement KPIs with the accountability to increase customer retention
  • Supervising the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new and existing product features to promote the product launches 
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing on Product Feature Marketing Initiatives, Re-Marketing and also manage expectations on EBITA with the management
  • Identifying opportunities by conducting market assessments, quantitative and qualitative analysis with our Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Leveraging lifecycle marketing via push, chat, in-app modal, and email to engage and re-engage users
  • Strong collaboration with our Product teams to shape the product roadmap as well as the retention & engagement strategy for the teams
  • Identifying and developing additional programs and product placement tests to drive customer engagement in a customer-centric and scalable way
  • Coordinate campaign recaps and post mortems, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a leading manager in the field of Product-, Performance- or Growth Marketing, CRM or in a similar position
  • Experience in scaling and developing high-performance teams 
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C technology industry in a similar role as well as in defining and evolving ROI measurement models
  • Several years of experience in retention & engagement, preferably delivering mobile apps of a significant scale in the field of Mobile Business, E-Commerce or Gaming
  • Proven practices in building notifications that easily become a part of people’s daily habits with focus on behavioral design
  • Sound understanding of network effects and knowledge of retention as a growth driver
  • Experience with tools like Braze, Leanplum, Tableau, GSuite, Mailgun, Mailchimp etc., as well as in managing P&L, EBITA and KPI planning 
  • Strong know-how in the area of Product Feature Marketing, Product Adoption, App-Based Go-To-Market, experimentations in developing and delivering strategies for business, resulting in an increase in consumer value and revenue
  • Experience with LifeCycle monetization campaigns (subscriptions and single purchase) in order to guide the team in the fields of CRM campaign life cycles including conceptualization, planning, monitoring, reporting, post-campaign analysis, and application of solutions
  • Pronounced familiarity with email best practices, setting up & implementing automated cross-channel campaign flows, HTML, triggered messaging, optimization through A/B/n testing and list segmentation
  • High-level communication skills as well as a proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented composition    
  • Strong business focus combined with a doer mentality and a high sense of creativity
  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of using a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written – German is a plus
