What you can expect

  • Take over full ownership of all CRM activations in our LOVOO live streaming section
  • Expand, maintain and optimize our engagement and monetization lifecycles for millions of LOVOO users
  • Create cross-channel personalized campaigns for onboarding improvements, payer share and credit purchases
  • Collaborate with our Influencer Marketing Team, Designers, Product Managers for special offer campaigns and live streaming show promotions
  • Plan, develop and execute cross-channel campaigns that leverage e-mail, mobile push & in-app messaging 
  • Design revenue customer activation and full lifecycle conversion strategy and roadmaps with integrated marketing touchpoints and automated processes
  • Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with your team, Influencer Marketing Managers, Designers, Product & Data-Analysts as well as User Researchers to ensure that those initiatives are valuable and viable to our users
  • Validate concepts and features (setting up and analyzing A/B tests) following an iterative process through product discovery and experimentation
  • Define metrics and measure the impact of your initiatives to ensure that you provide both customer value and business value
  • Analyze campaign performance and user metrics, maintain experimentation backlog and build reports
job requirements

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in CRM, product monetization, preferably delivering mobile apps of a significant scale in the field of Mobile Business, E-Commerce, Live Streaming or Gaming
  • Pronounced experience in building cross-channel campaigns, triggered messages, and A/B/n experiments
  • Sound understanding of network effects and profound knowledge of engagement as a growth driver
  • Solid knowledge in using campaign delivery software (e.g. Braze, leanplum, etc.), a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, MS Power BI, etc) as well as HTML (SQL is a plus)
  • Familiarity with email best practices, push notifications, and users segmentation
  • High interest in live streaming, community management and mobile industry best practices
  • Passion for building products that impact millions of people with innovation as the norm
  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of using a data-driven approach to problem-solving and strong quantitative aptitude
  • A goal-getter mindset as well as a target-oriented and proactive approach
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written – German is a plus
