What you can expect

  • Drive app usage & engagement KPIs to increase customer retention
  • Collaborate with our Product teams to shape the product roadmap as well as the retention & engagement strategy for the teams
  • Plan develop & execute cross-channel CRM campaigns that leverage e-mail, mobile push & in-app messaging
  • Creation and management of highly personalized retention & engagement campaigns, automated as well as ad hoc
  • Associating with peers to shape and maximize impact of push notifications in order to drive retention and engagement
  • Identification of market opportunities in collaboration with CRM Managers, UA, Designers, Product & Data-Analysts as well as User Researchers to ensure that those initiatives are valuable and viable to our users
  • Validating concepts and features (setting up and analyzing A/B tests) following an iterative process through product discovery and experimentation
  • Defining metrics and measuring the impact of your initiatives to ensure that you provide both customer value and business value, including ROI
  • Prioritisation of features for early-retention, stickiness, engagement as well as feature roll-outs in the relevant countries in collaboration with our Product Marketing
  • Build and maintain successful relationships across all key departments and stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in retention & engagement, preferably delivering mobile apps of a significant scale in the field of Mobile Business, E-Commerce or Gaming
  • Proven experience in building notifications that easily become a part of people’s daily habits with focus on behavioural design
  • Sound understanding of network effects and knowledge of retention as growth driver
  • Familiar with email best practices, setting up & implementing automated cross-channel campaign flows, triggered messaging, optimization through A/B/n testing and list segmentation
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and key validation methods
  • Experience with Braze and HTML is a plus
  • Passion for building products that impact millions of people with innovation as the norm – Job to be done mentality is not an unknown word to you
  • Analytical mindset with solid understanding of using a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
